Guest acknowledges that children or handicapped individuals should not be left unattended near or around the pool. Guest acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around a pool area. Guest hereby assumes all responsibility for Guest's safe use of the pool and pool area.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Join a Join Inc and the Property Owner assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items that belong to Guests. This includes loses resulting directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other "Acts of Nature". In incident such as fire, water, loss of power (beyond our control), breakdown of cable or satellite company, internet company or with equipment of machinery, acts of war, strikers, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or cancellation of airline travel, or any similar incident; the property agent or property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any additional expense or losses sustained by the Guests as a result of such incidents or occurrences. This includes, but is not limited to our other services such as transportation, grocery delivery, cleaning services, rental cars, babysitting, etc. We are not responsible of damages made to your vehicle in the parking facilities of each property.

My wife & I stayed here for the holidays. The location was great; close to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and it was comfortable enough. We always got a rapid response from the host and the apartment had all the amenities that we need. Highly recommended for an easy-going vacation in San Juan Area!

Excellent apartment and amenities. The sufficient space and well distributed. Comfortable and cozy with a spectacular view. Besides the excellent service and immediate help in all of Aracelis, it's great. One of the great advantages is the proximity to the beach, the best restaurants and accessibility in San Juan. It was so good that I was there for 7 months. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed in this nice condo for five days. Super clean, spacious, TV had Netflix, and the view is amazing! literally right on the beach. The building is located near Chili's Bar & grill, Starbucks, Walgreens, lots of local restaurants as well that serve killer Pina Colada's and near a 24 hr. grocery store, SuperMax. The area is super safe and very nice to walk at night. Pool is open 24 hrs and is heated, also very nice and not noisy, residents are very nice. Doorman and gated. The condo made our stay to PR even better. In 5 days, we took went to the rainforest, El Yunque, was amazing the hike to swimmable waterfall, a sail boat trip to Island of Icacos and a catamaran trip to Culebra and the famous Flamenco Beach. A great trip over all and the owner of the condo was so helpful and nice with suggestions. Condo had nice bedding, plates & utensils and overall just a great place.

Amazing studio. A real getaway from home and excellent service from the host Aracelis. We recommend it and for sure we will be back.
