BEACH BLISS is uniquely situated on a beautiful bay protected by a coral reef, and our swimmable beach is a great place to relax. While BEACH BLISS does not have a pool in its yard, you will have your own pool to use during your stay. BEACH BLISS guests will be assigned to our QUESTOVER pool up the hill with 360 degree panoramic views and cool breezes, or to the SEA VIEW or SEA BREEZE pool, based on availability.
In addition to enjoying the beach and a private pool, as a Beach Bliss guest, you are invited to enjoy our pickleball court or hike and explore the 15-acre hillside of our beautiful main property where you can enjoy stunning views. If you like to exercise, there is plenty of space to get out and go for a walk or run within within our gated main property.
If we have guests staying on our main property, we allow them to pass through the Beach Bliss property on a sidewalk at the edge of the yard to get to the beach, just as we allow Beach Bliss guests access to hiking, the panoramic lookout point, and pickle ball on our main property. PLEASE NOTE: The beach tends to be busier on holiday weekends, which also means there can be additional noise beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a power outage, our home is equipped with an automatic backup generator.
About BEACH BLISS: This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs, with beautiful terrazzo floors. Vaulted ceilings add to the charm and openness of the living room and kitchen. A third private bedroom is located off the covered lower patio, as is the second full bath, separate from the rest of the home. For comfortable sleeping, each bedroom has its own individually controlled air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. The rest of the house remains pleasant with breezes off the Caribbean and ceiling fans.
A day at Beach Bliss can be whatever you make it. In the morning, enjoy your coffee out on the balcony overlooking the Caribbean, or start your day with a hike. Swim at the beach or the pool, or relax in the hammock. In the evening, watch the sunset as you grill on the BBQ or head down the street to one of the restaurants.
We would love to have you stay with us! The views and the sunsets are incredible, and you’ll see that the natural beauty of our property makes Beach Bliss a hidden Puerto Rican gem!

BEACH BLISS RULES
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. daily. No activity will be carried on which will disturb other neighbors.
MUSIC: NO LOUD MUSIC period.
No more than 7 people + 1 small child permitted on the property.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: No additional guests are permitted on the property without written consent from Casa Wurster.
SMOKING: No smoking inside. Use ashtrays outside and properly dispose of cigarette butts.
No parties or events.

LANGUAGE: No cursing. Our neighbors don’t want to hear vulgarity.
AIR CONDITIONING: Electricity is very expensive on the island. AC is for use in OCCUPIED rooms with windows and doors closed. Be sure to turn off the AC in any rooms not being used AND in all the rooms when you are not home. The units cool the rooms quickly, so no need to leave them running all day. If the AC units are left running continually OR with open doors/windows, they will freeze up, and then you’ll really be hot!
SEPTIC SYSTEM: NOTHING other than toilet paper can be put in the toilets. Hold handles down when flushing.
GATES: Keep closed at all times.
POOL & BEACH: Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
- No diving at any time in the pool.
- Thoroughly rinse off sand outside before entering the house or pool.
- Gazebo swimming pool hours are 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Questover pool hours are 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Please, no music.
- TURN OFF POOL LIGHTS and close cover when not in use, unless Hector gives permission to keep it open due to hot weather.
- Beach towels are provided. Do not use bath towels at the beach or pool.
- Children are not permitted to play with the landscape rocks around the pool.
- All Casa Wurster guests have access to the beach through the designated walkway on the Beach Bliss property. Non Beach Bliss guests are not to linger in the Beach Bliss yard on the way to the beach.
- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool and while exploring the Casa Wurster property.
- Guests are permitted to hike on paved paths and walkways on the Casa Wurster property.
- Climbing on any boulders or rock walls is prohibited.
SANITATION: Insects and other pests are common in the tropics. Help us keep them out of the house!
- Place bagged trash daily in the blue barrels outside the gate to the property. Trash is picked up late Sunday night/early Monday morning. Never leave bagged trash outside the house to take out later. Watch your step by the Beach Bliss trash barrels, as there are sometimes fire ant mounds that look like sand until you step on them.
- Do not leave food or dirty dishes out in the home.
- Do not eat in the bedrooms.
- Clean the grill after use.
- No campfires/bonfires or pets.
- Should the number of guests exceed the maximum number stipulated, the rental agreement is automatically terminated, and all guests shall be evicted.
CHECKOUT: Follow all checkout procedures listed in the binder.
Notify Guest Coordinator immediately of any problems, damage, or equipment malfunction.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Join a Join Inc and the Property Owner assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items that belong to Guests. This includes loses resulting directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other "Acts of Nature". In incident such as fire, water, loss of power (beyond our control), breakdown of cable or satellite company, internet company or with equipment of machinery, acts of war, strikers, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or cancellation of airline travel, or any similar incident; the property agent or property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any additional expense or losses sustained by the Guests as a result of such incidents or occurrences.
