This is a modern home located on over 4 acres of beachfront land in beautiful Rincon, Puerto Rico. This 4-bedroom, 4- bathroom home accommodates 10-12 people comfortably. The unit consists of a 'Main House' with living room, kitchen, Master Suite with bathroom, another bedroom with 2 Twin Beds with adjacent bathroom, and 2 separate bedrooms poolside with private baths each. It offers a private swimming pool, grill, Satellite TV and WiFi internet, washer and dyer, full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The beach right in front of the property is the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, people love to snorkel and surf there. However, depending on weather, at times, the currents and tide may not make it suitable for swimming. A few steps (5 minutes walking distance) away is the popular Steps Beach which is more popular for swimming. Maria’s and Domes Beach (famous surfing beaches) will require a longer walk 20-30 minutes. People with children choose the Marina beach which is at the left of the property which is more friendly for swimming. You can enjoy the most amazing sunsets as you relax on the swimming pool or dine on the ocean view terrace.

The Main House has an open floor plan with the living room area, kitchen and dining area all in one room. There is a Master Suite, a second bedroom with 2 Twin Beds and a full bath in the Main house. In addition there are 2 separate poolside bedroom wings; full baths in each. The entire villa is decorated with colorful local art. A private swimming pool, all amenities plus a dishwasher and washer and dryer are included in this rental.
For smaller groups rate adjustments are available.

Guest acknowledges that children or handicapped individuals should not be left unattended near or around the pool. Guest acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around a pool area. Guest hereby assumes all responsibility for Guest's safe use of the pool and pool area.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Join a Join Inc and the Property Owner assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items that belong to Guests. This includes loses resulting directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other "Acts of Nature". In incident such as fire, water, loss of power (beyond our control), breakdown of cable or satellite company, internet company or with equipment of machinery, acts of war, strikers, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or cancellation of airline travel, or any similar incident; the property agent or property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any additional expense or losses sustained by the Guests as a result of such incidents or occurrences. This includes, but is not limited to our other services such as transportation, grocery delivery, cleaning services, rental cars, babysitting, etc. We are not responsible of damages made to your vehicle in the parking facilities of each property.

Sencillamente una estadía ESPECTACULAR en todo el sentido de la palabra, desde la comunicación, ubicación, comodidad, limpieza, etc. La casa está completamente equipada desde los utensilios de cocina y artículos de baño. Para pasar el día en la piscina o en la playa tiene BBQ(completamente limpio y listo para preparar tus alimentos favoritos), neveritas, sillas y toallas de playa. En fin sólo llevas alimentos y tus artículos personales y podrás disfrutar desde una caminata en la playa, descanso en el hermoso patio en una cómoda hamaca incluida o un chapuzón en la piscina. Recomendada 200%

We had a fantastic time in this property!
The grounds look exactly like in the photos. Everything was clean and ready for our check in. The house is spacious, and does not have a hotel feel to it, which we were definitely interested in. We had a party of 7 adults and a baby, and it was PERFECT for our stay.
All rooms are air conditioned and the towels and linens were of good quality. The kitchen was well equipped and in good shape. Plenty of kitchenware and utensils for a large party. The grill was also in excellent shape. The pool was clean and the grounds kept pruned and tidy. Tres Palmas Nature Reserve, where the villas sit in, is a perfect snorkeling spot, and there is plenty to do around the area for beach types, although it is very easy to stay in the house and yard and lounge all day.
The supermarket nearby (ECONO) is well equipped and designed.
Joyce, the manager, checked in with us a couple of hours after our arrival and made us feel welcome without being overpowering in any way.
Definitely a property my family and I will go back to.

Back in Puerto Rico now for 11 years after living in NYC for 28. Right now I am just enjoying the warm weather, taking care of my pets, doing some animal rescue and taking care of reservations for Tres Palmas Inn and Villas.
