Close to world-class beaches and fun. Six boutique hotel-style rooms for up to 16 people. All common spaces are outdoor, including kitchen. COME VISIT US!!!
We sit on a beautiful 0.5-acre lot, surrounded by beautiful landscape with fruit trees, palms, and vitalizing nature… and a spectacular pool smack in the center. We have a pergola swing (great to relax or read a book) along with hammocks and pool chairs to relax. We have an outdoor kitchen with gas stove, BBQ, microwave, and cooking tools for use by guests. All common spaces are outdoor (i.e. no indoor living/family/dining room or kitchen).
The property has 6 rooms for guests, all with individual access and bathrooms (except two rooms that share a bathroom). This listing is for all 6 rooms, accomodating up to 16 people. Beds include: 3 full (double), 3 queen, and 2 king. All rooms have air conditioning units, ceiling fans, and a small refrigerator. Property is gated (access to guests only).

Guests agree not to exceed number of tenants allowed per room / property as per agreement. NO OUTSIDE guests.
2. Quiet Hours:
We observe quiet hours at our property from 9pm-9am. Our neighborhood is very quiet and tranquil. Loud noise or music must end by 9pm. We are currently under an executive order, with lock down from 11pm-5am. NO PARTIES are allowed.
Check-out is at 11am. On the day of your departure, the property should be empty of your personal belongings, garbage placed outside in the proper receptacles, all dishes washed and left in a generally neat and orderly condition (see additional info under housekeeping). All items must be put back to their original locations. Please be certain you have taken with you all your personal belongings. The owners can not be responsible for items left behind.
Early check-in subject to availability. Early check in is allowed only when the property is clean and ready for occupancy ahead of schedule, and prior approval is required.
5. Gate Controller:
Remote controls for property access (gate) are provided. Any lost or misplaced controller will be charged at a replacement fee of $60/ea.
Inspection: the house will be inspected, sanitized, and cleaned prior to your arrival. You are required to return the property in the same general condition as when you arrive. All food and drink spills must be cleaned. Any food and/or drink spills, stains, mud, etc. shall be considered as damage... not normal wear and tear.
A/C Units: please TURN OFF A/C units while not in room.
Refrigerators: the refrigerators need to be emptied of all perishable foods and free of spills.
Dishes: please do not leave any dirty dishes. All used dishes need to be washed and returned to their original locations. Additional cleaning fee may apply for dishes and cooking supplies, starting at $35... and will be deducted from security deposit.
Linens: dirty linens need to be stripped from the beds and place in piles at each room. If linens / bed coverings or towels are permanently damaged due to guest negligence the cost of items will be deducted from deposit.
Furniture: we also require all furniture and things to be put back to the original location
Grills: please use the designated area for grilling. Guest is responsible for any additional fuel, grilling tools, and any damage that may occur to grill from using grill during tenancy. If a grill is furnished, guest is responsible for cleaning grill upon departure so that the next guests finds it ready to use, there will be a minimal charge ($20.00) for the cleaning crew to do so and will be deducted from security deposit.
Trash: guest shall bag all trash and place in the designated trash area. The city trash service will not accept any trash that is not bagged.
Smoking: no smoking or vaping allowed in rooms or property.
7. Home and Property Maintenance:
Pool Maintenance is scheduled for every Thursday early AM. Please expect pool guy to service pool. Any additional maintenance, if required, shall be notified to guest. Guests should wait at least 1 hr before going into the pool (around 8:30 am for regular maintenance).
8. Special events:
No weddings or special events are allowed unless a special event agreement was agreed upon and signed by both parties prior to check-in. Tents and canopies cannot be placed anywhere on the premises unless authorized by owner.
9. Property Equipment:
Property is equipped with pool, air conditioners, internet service (wi-fi), appliances, back-up generator, and water reservoir. No refunds or rate adjustments shall be made for mechanical failures and malfunctioning of equipment beyond our control. All attempts will be made to correct the situation as soon as possible. The guest should be aware that some breakdowns cannot be prevented or repaired doing your occupancy.
10. What We Supply/What You Should Bring:
The property is fully furnished, and we only provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We do not replenish additional products during your stay. Clean bed linens, bath, and bath towels are also provided. No pool or beach towels provided. We may not have all the items you are accustomed to having in your own home so if you have any question as to what is provided, please contact prior to arrival.
11. Pool Rules:
A wet tile area is very slippery, use Caution! Please shower and rinse or prior to entering the pool. Do not use the pool while intoxicated. Children cannot use pool under the age of 12 without adult supervision. No food or beverages while in the pool. Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the pool. A pool bathroom is conveniently located at the pool area. Using the pool is at your own risk with no lifeguard on duty. Kindly observe rules.
No pets allowed.
13. Additional Tenant(s) Liability:
Guest(s) will be held liable for replacement and/or repairs of item that are damaged, and not attributable to normal wear and tear. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by willful were malicious act occurred during their stay. Guests agree to accept liability for any damages caused to the property other than normal wear and tear by guests or friend of guest, and includes, but not limited to furnishings, appliances, pictures. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, tenant agrees to reimburse the owner for costs incurred to repair and/or replace damaged items and the cause for attorney's fees. Any damages noticed by the tenant must be reported with in 4 hours of a rival or the tenant will be responsible.
We appreciate you reporting all maintenance item, and we will respond to them as soon as possible. Please understand that if your actions causes a maintenance call, your damage deposit will be charged.
14. Hold Harmless:
The owner does not assume any liability for loss. Guests agrees to hold harmless, the entities, for damage or injury to persons or their personal property during the duration of their rental. It is understood that the owners are not accountable for liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defect or stoppage and supply of water, gas electricity, plumbing, cable, Internet, cell phone service that is beyond their control.
15. Guest will not sublease the property.
