CHECK-IN: After 4:00 PM CHECKOUT: 10:00 AM Self check-in with Lockbox Villa Valeka is a wonderful oasis to have a great time, but certain rules must be followed: -Trash must be taken out frequently and at check out. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee. -Dishes must be clean at check out. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee. -No smoking indoors-only in front or back patio with doors closed. Any sign of smoking inside the property will result in a $100 fee. -BBQ must be cleaned at check out. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee. -Missing towels or sheets will result in a $25 fee for each. -Missing or broken cups, plates, utensils or other kitchen utensils will result in a $5 fee for each. -No parties are allowed. Noise and/or music shall be maintained at tolerable levels in respect of the neighbors. Loud noise and/or music shall cease at 10pm during Sunday to Thursday, and at 12am Fridays and Saturdays. Any complaint by the neighbors will result in a $200 fine, plus any fines imposed by the Municipality or Police. -No pets allowed.
